Sivuyile Gungqisa

Sivuyile joined Scheibert & Associates as a candidate attorney in October 2018 and has integrated himself at the firm in quick time. His willingness to learn and contribute has already seen him make an impact in a variety of cases.

Sivuyile obtained his LLB degree at the University of Fort Hare in 2017 and went on to complete his 6-month PLT course at UCT in 2018. His interests lie in all aspects relating to company law, drafting contracts, constitutional law and labour law.

Sivuyile’s hobbies include reading and politics and will never shy away from a positive argument regarding the current affairs of South Africa
